Technology and operating principles

Complete cycle of the project includes several important stages, which ensure its success. Every project is conducted by HRC consultant and is supervised by the team leader. We use every opportunity to establish a close cooperation both with the customer and the candidate through tracking successfulness of this assignment and ensuring compliance of the quality of service provided by the HRC with high standards.

In search and selection of personnel, the HRC uses «4+1» technique:

First stage — analytical

  • Analysis of company’sprofile
  • Analysis of vacancy/position

Second stage — development of search strategy

  • Project design (objectives, stages, timeframes, search techniques, responsibilities) and search geography (database, educational institutions, mass-media, companies, recommendations/references and others)
  • Study of labour-markets on the required position (comparative analysis of the market on functions/remuneration packages)
  • Elaboration of candidate’s evaluation plan (interview, testing, recommendations/references collection)
  • Preparation of document package (for customers and for potential applicants — description of position, contract, application)

Third stage — project implementation

  • Study and search for candidates inaccordance with the plan
  • Phone-based interview with candidate
  • Interview with prospective candidate incompany’ office
  • Collection ofadditional information onevery candidate (recommendations/references, weak and strong points, goals, expectations and others) with detailed reports provided tothe Customer.
  • Appointment ofinterviews ofshort-listed candidates with the Customer
  • Comparative analysis ofall candidates together with the Customer

Fourth stage — selection and decision

  • Selection offinal candidate
  • Negotiations with the final candidate
  • Assistance tocandidate indesigning his/her statement ofpurpose

Fifth (additional) stage — support and quality control

  • Consultation oneffective adaptation ofthe candidate inthe Company
  • Support tothe Customer and candidate inthe course ofadaptation
  • Analysis ofentry into team, position, and evaluation ofcandidate’sinitial performance
  • Fulfilment ofguarantee commitments
  • Customer feedback regarding accomplished recruitment work

We never ever disclose information about our Customer to the third parties without Customer’s prior authorisation. All information received from the Employer and Applicant is confidential and cannot be disclosed without their approval.
