General requirements for applicant
•Finance/Accounting degree or equivalent;
•5 years experience in accounting with local Accounting Standards;
*knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards, ACCA certificate is an advantage
•Strong knowledge of taxation and financial system skills: Excel advanced user, 1C
•Strong time management and multitasking skills
•Result-oriented person with ability to work under pressure;
•Excellent communication skills
•Intermediate or above English skills, both oral and written.

Responsibility
•Manage accurately and timely accounts receivable and general accounting activities;
•Manage and perform monthly closing activities and ensure submission within deadlines;
• Maintains accounting records, effects payments and monitors expenditures to ensure that financial reports are prepared in accordance with the Financial Regulations, Rules and Uzbek Legislation;
•Collect and store all required accounts receivable documentation;
•Perform compliance of financial records according to statutory accounting and tax requirements;
•Responsible for preparation of statutory Financial, tax reporting;
•Operational support to Finance manager;
• Preparing and submitting tax reports and necessary correspondence with the tax offices;
• Preparing and submitting statistics reports;
• Communication with Uzbekistan authorities on financial matters;
• Reporting to local authorities when required;
• Liaise with other departments to establish and maintain effective communication of financial information.
