General requirements for applicant
-
1. Preferably Chemical Engineering or Chemistry graduate, Engineering and/or Economics graduation also acceptable
2. Minimum 4-5-years experience in Chemical Industry (Preferably in sales and developing new businesses & markets)
3. Good command of both spoken and written English and Russian languages
4. Knowledge of Turkish is a good asset as well.
5. Having good computer skills
6. Having good knowledge and understanding about dynamics and economics of local and neighbouring countries (Kazakhstan, Turkmenistan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan)
7. Willingness to develop new businesses, being open for improvement
8. Possessing Managerial skills
Responsibility
-
1. Communicating with customers, follow-up with their new inquiries and demands
2. Performing market research
3. Making periodic visits to customers in order to stay in close-contact
4. Follow-up payments from customers and Risk Management with HQ
5. Follow-up new developments in related chemical industries and create new ways to elaborate business in Uzbekistan and neighbouring countries
6. Making regular reporting to HQ in Istanbul
7. Maintaining office services by organizing office operations and procedures; preparing payroll; controlling correspondence; designing filing systems; reviewing and approving supply requisitions; assigning and monitoring clerical functions.
8. Preparing letters, presentations and reports
9. Organising meetings and managing databases
10. Managing office budgets
