General requirements for applicant

• Gender doesn't matter; • Age: 30-35; • Education: Higher; • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experiences in an international logistics / trade company; • Mandatory experience in leading employees; • Familiar with administrative rules and regulations in Uzbekistan relating to business practice; • Professional representation of company at various events/venues etc.; • Energetic and strategic thinker looking for a new challenge; • Highly motivated with customer and profit-oriented mind set; • Passionate about starting up a new branch office in a challenging market.

Responsibility

• Profit and personnel responsibility of the branch office in Tashkent; • Start-up of a new office with customer portfolio; • Acquisition of new and management of existing key account customers; • Extensive knowledge of market trends, products and competition.

Computer skills

• Proficient use of MS Office (Windows, ppt, Excel)

Laguage skills

• Russian language – Fluent; • English language – Fluent; • German is a plus but not a must.
