The After-sales Director is heading the service and spare parts departments and therefore in charge of the net results of all after-sales activities.
He is responsible to develop and execute a strategy to bring absorption rate of the company to 70% within 3 years. This will mean increasing service labour productivity as well as parts revenue streams, margins and overall sales volume whilst at the same time growing the reach of the company’s service branches and car fleet in the country.
