General requirements for applicant

    • College Degree or University education (Business or Technical discipline preferred), MBA is desired; • Gender - male; • Age- 25-55; • Minimum 10-15 years of experience in a managerial capacity in Multinational Companies; • Experience of managing and being accountable for full P&L and project financials (i.e. discounted cash flows, leverage points etc.); • Evaluating significant new business opportunities; • Self-Confident, the ideal candidate will be able to drive quickly the necessary results via sales activities; • Team development, building competence and competitiveness to open up new growth opportunities for Company; • Making decisions and managing trade-offs in a complex environment; • Previous experience in four of the following: sales management, cost-side experience (i.e. Procurement, Energy, etc.), operations management, distribution, and customer demand in shorter cycle businesses and ones with long-term contracts; • ‘Hands on’ leader able to engage, coach and inspire the team; • Key negotiator and figurehead; • Good business acumen and understanding of financial reporting.

Responsibility

    • Make sure that Uzbekistan Company is working along Companies’ standards and legal requirements; • Profitably growing the Industrial Gases business portfolio in the Uzbekistan region and achieving key market and segment positions in the geography ahead of our direct competitors; • Driving Commercial Best Practice in terms of Sales Training, Use of Company Sales Tools, Central Account Management, Sales Incentives and Sales Management competence. Effectively manage pricing and the customer and product portfolio; • Maximize productivity and ensure customer loyalty, achieve competitive cost positions to sustain growth and returns that justify continued investment in Uzbekistan region; • Driving the Asset Management function to ensure targeted returns on assets are achieved. Propose, justify, obtain management approval for new business investments, and support capital. Execute business plans to achieve revenue and profitability targets; • Managing the resourcing of key business activities in Uzbekistan through recruitment and retention of employees, their training and development, goal cascading and engagement. Develop top performing employees to roles of greater responsibility in business management and operations; • Developing and managing strategic partnerships in the geography such as major suppliers, subcontractors and Agents, building Companies’ market brand and ensuring successful development of key supplier/ partner/ customer and government relationships.

    • Advanced skills in MS Office

Laguage skills

    • Russian language – Fluent; • English language – Fluent; • Uzbek language – preferably fluent.
