General requirements for applicant
Required Knowledge/Experience:
• Certification of Certified Public Accountant
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting
• Fluency in English
• Good writing and verbal skills
• Computer literacy including good knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Organizational skills
• Presentation skills
• Discretion and respect for confidentiality
Work conditions
• Competitive salary + overtime
• Bonus: based on the performance of the last fiscal year
Period of the Employment
• Basic Period: 3 years~
• Probation period: 2 months
Other Employment Conditions
• Working hour: 9:00-18:00
*Overtime work may be requested.
• Working days: 5 days (Mon-Fri)
Responsibility
Major Activities
1. Annual Audit, Tax filing and other taxation
• Prepare Financial Statements for the project office in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and accounting practices required by Tax Law.
• Prepare schedules in support of the Income Tax Return and other required tax filling as required by the tax authority
• Review the Audited Financial Statements and ensure that Audited FS and Tax declaration are submitted on time in coordination with the Certified Public Accountant
• Ensure that Financial Statements are properly accounted in the tax filing of the project office in coordination with the Certified Public Accountant.
• Coordinate with the auditors during audit fieldwork schedule, respond to auditors queries and provide necessary documents during audit fieldwork
• Coordinate with auditors concerning Tax Receipts, Tax Clearance, No Objection certificate, filing of Objection and Appeal,
• Assist in the renewal of Tax system registration
• Interprets and ensures compliance of Tax requirements.
2. General Accounting & Bookkeeping/ Ledger Reports
• Present a "by-project" Income statement for internal management's analysis
• Record daily financial activities and update books of accounts
• Prepare detailed schedules of balance sheet
• Maintain the filing of accounting books, ledgers and other documents as required by Tax Law
3. Financial reports
• Prepare the account / ledger reports, bank statements and supporting documents for the project office.
• Contribute in providing financial information for the preparation of annual reporting as per management request
• Contribute for the preparation of budget
• Brief management regularly on the project office’s financial position and recommend solutions to improve results
4. Others
• Support the process of payment for Employees payroll and other benefits.
• Checks & ensures correct payments.
• Focal Point in terms of Accounting & Finance.
• Prepare Internal Audit Requirements and Yearly Checklist
• Prepare/Update Accounting Policies & Procedures & Staff Rules
5. Fixed Asset & Management
• Assist and record all company assets (F/A and Small asset).
• Do the yearly physical count of F/A and small asset.
