Fluency in Russian and English

Experience in logistics and decloring is desirable.

Responsibility

Logistics and custom clearance related works:

・To daily update status of application documents such as Master List, Supplement Agreement, Uzbek Expertise Conclusion, etc, report to related members

・To daily confirm and obtain imported items certificate, such as Certificate of Conformity from required authority or forwarding agent report to related members

・To prepare letters (RUS, UZ, ENG) to be issued to project owner or other RUZ related authorities, consortium partner

・To attend meetings, provide business translation/ Interpretation work (RUS, UZ, ENG) and prepare report

・To report to related members, information regarding Uzbekistan and Navoiy fertilizer project especially, instruction from the government, change of custom procedure and tax, etc

・Provide above mentioned services in Navoiy and other locations such as Tashkent

・Miscellaneous duties required for operating / maintaining the office (Back up of current administrator)

・Provide support/arrangement in airport pick-up and see-off, transportation, hotel booking and purchase of air / railway tickets for the staff members, their clients and guests (Back up of current administrator)

・Document controlling (printout & file documents hard copies and soft copies) and handling (deliveries)

・Account related works (Back up of current administrator)

・Any other works upon request.
