Требования |
Education degree in law (overseas), preferably LLM from the U.S. or EU is an advantage. Age: from 25 to 40; 5+ years experience at lawyer position; perfect knowledge of the English, Uzbek, and Russian languages; experienced PC user;
knowledge of civil, tax, labor, equity laws;
knowledge of international law; positive arbitration practice; experience in telecommunications is highly preferred.
Personal qualities: Willingness to travel abroad, flexibility in work; sociability; responsibility; accuracy in work; diligence; honesty; reliability;
strong teamwork skills.

Обязанности |
inspection, preparation and authorization of contracts;
issuance of legal opinions and recommendations;
coordination of necessary legislation-related activities; other activities as required.
