    Sex female Age 25-35 Higher education is compulsory Work experience at least 1 year Ideal candidate should be Punctual, Responsible, Attentive to details, Pro-active, Ambitious, Communicable Competencies: Time management skills , Organisation skills, Quick reaction to changes

Обязанности

    • Receiving calls, maintain incoming-outgoing correspondence • Tracking calendar of CEO, organize meetings, arrange local transport, airport transfers, etc. • Organization and servicing of meetings (preparation of programs, coordination of time) • Preparation of reports and necessary documents • Interaction with relevant organizations and key clients • Registration and maintenance of accounts and expenses • Performing receptionist functions, meet / greet guests • Performing administrative duties for sustainability of the office

Знание компьютера

    Experienced user Knowledge of MS Office programs

Знание языка

    Russian language- Fluent English language- Fluent Uzbek language- Preferably good
