Общие требования к кандидату

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related field; • Sex- no matter; • Age- 25-40; • 5 plus years’ experience in commodities, rail or transportation logistics; • Experience handling all aspects of product movement from production through the distribution chain to buyer’s terminal/storage; • Experience with Microsoft Excel as a planning tool for inventory management; • A strong team player; • Highly motivated; • Entrepreneurial; • Innovative and detail oriented; • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written; • Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving.

Обязанности

• Manage the movement and disposition of Sulphur Lumps and other commodities from designated plants,refineries and origination locations; • Schedule truck and rail shipments of Sulphur Lumps and other commodities as needed from all source locations; • Provide the analysis, planning, communication and execution of shipping Sulphur Lumps and other commodities from origin to destination in support of the department goals; • Monitor the performance of Sulphur Lumps and other commodities contracts and shipments from respective plant locations to product destinations; • Contract management with regular reconciliation and contract performance monitoring month to month; • Contract management to include verification of terms, volumes and pricing to assist the Trading team on their execution of agreements and confirmation with counter parties as needed; • Act as the communication liaison between plants, storage facilities, internal sales/supply/trading and external customers; • Work with Supply team to optimize shipments; • Compile and submit rail bills of lading to ensure prompt movement of products week to week.
