Bachelor degree
Age: 27+
5+ experience in sales and Business Development in O&G (Oil and Gas) downstream industry (retail, export/import operations)
Existing customer/partner base and networking in O&G and with state authorities
Knowledge of supply chain issues within Oil, Gas and Chemicals sectors;
Strong presentation and negotiation skills;
Out-of-box thinking abilities;
Good personal relationship management skills.

Annual incentive plan based on Group and Affiliate’s financial results
Location: Tashkent, Uzbekistan
Обязанности
-
Manage the sales & business development process to ensure the company achieves sales targets in all lines of businesses;
Design and deliver clear and measured sales pipeline.
Monitor tenders on weekly basis in order to identify potential biz opportunities.
Build public relations with state authorities and other stakeholders.
Design and implement transparent sales plan for short and midterm
Weekly reporting to Country Operations Manager on sales and contacts held.
Key Account Management;
Overall responsibility for OGC budget and operations;
Team management.

Russian – Advanced level;
Uzbek – as advantage;
