Общие требования к кандидату

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business/International Relations/Economics and Finance/ Oil and Gas engineering or related field; • Gender - male; • Age- 25-55; • 5-7 years of managerial experience; • Experience and interaction with the oil and gas industry and the chemical industry; • Experience of managing foreign projects related to/interacting with oil and gas and chemical fields; • Skills of effective delegation of responsibility, problem solution in fast-paced environment and well developed oral and written communication skills with internal/external parties; • Experience with government establishments; • Entrepreneurial mindset with outstanding organizational and leadership skills; • Analytical abilities and quick adaptability to changes;

Условия работы

Обязанности

• Supervise and control all strategic and business aspects of the company; • Participation in negotiations with key customers – large state and private companies; • Enforce adherence to legal guidelines and in-house policies to maintain the company’s legality and business ethics; • Build trust relations with key partners and stakeholders; • Track the industry of oil and gas on a daily basis and quickly adapt to changes; • Organization of work of a newly launched company.
