Обязанности

    - Analyze the potential, choose special project objectives and prepare action plans to realize them. - Develop communication and relations, develop and manage relations with the customers and potential customers in the territory. - Grow more than the market growth in the territory and obtain an acceptable level of profit. Create the price policy together with the General Manager and the Export Manager. Complete market and customer penetration. - Determine the responsibilities about the special projects and customers together with the General Manager and the Export Manager. - Take on planning responsibility for monthly and quarterly production such as 3-years business plan. - Prepare and control sales budget together with the General Manager and the Exports Manager. - Realize and manage special products created further to market priorities and the Territorial-Central strategies. - Interact and communicate with other Target Market Managers and BDKM, participate actively and ensure creating synergy during the Target Market communication meetings. - Increase the motivation of the regional distributors and employees, lead them and ensure and control compliance of the group employees with the principles and general rules of the company. - Realize the periodical and annual budget, C2, collection and profitability targets set by the Exports Manager.
