A large industrial and trading group in Uzbekistan is setting up and new company engaged in consumer food industry near Tashkent and are looking for a finance manager to handle all the financial and accounting operations.

General requirements for applicant

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree; • Age between 30 to 35; • Gender doesn’t matter; • Experience of at least 3 to 4 years b. Professionally qualified in finance and accounting ( CA/CPA /ACMA /ACCA ) working with international companies or big local companies; • Good communication and interpersonal skills • Exposure to ERP systems.

Responsibility

• Set up and organise the functions of the day-to-day accounting responsibilities to comply with all statutory and commercial requirements; • Handle all banking and treasury operations and be responsible for managing the working capital requirements of the business; • Formulate a suitable management information systems appropriate to the needs of the company; • Budgetary control and Cost Optimisation initiatives; • Handle Audit and Tax compliance requirements; • Liase with the Board / Owners of the company in evaluating business strategies and improving operational efficiency.

Computer skills

• Exposure to ERP systems; • Advanced skills in MS Office.

Laguage skills

• Russian language – Fluent; • English language – Fluent; • Uzbek language – preferably fluent.
