Accounting qualification –local /international like ACCA / CMA /CPA etc

Minimum 3 years experience in a similar position in Uzbekistan preferably in manufacturing

Knowledge of all tax laws of Uzbekistan

Expert knowledge of One C accounting software & MS Excel

Communication skills & supervisory skills

Set up and organise the functions of the day-to-day accounting responsibilities to comply with all statutory and commercial requirements managing a company's financial accounting, monitoring and reporting systems producing accurate financial reports to specific deadlines --as per both IFRS and local accounting standards

Handle all banking and treasury operations and be responsible for managing the working capital requirements of the business

Formulate a suitable management information systems appropriate to the needs of the company

Budgetary control and Cost Optimisation initiatives

Handle Audit and Tax compliance requirements

Liase with the Board / Owners of the company in evaluating business strategies and improving operational efficiency monitoring and interpreting cash flows and predicting future trends researching and reporting on factors influencing business performance developing financial management mechanisms that minimise financial risk conducting reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities developing external relationships with appropriate contacts, e.g. auditors, lawyers , bankers and statutory organisations such as the tax authorities
