• Ability to make independent and operative decisions;

Responsibility
-
• Participate in preparation of company’s strategy and operational processes, as well as quality standard implementation.
• Participate in all the operational block processes. Implement and manage continuous quality improvement processes in branches under supervision.
• Identify process improvement possibilities, implement and manage improvement processes.
• Provide operational process accordance to company’s strategy and goals.
• Provide branch operations according to company’s guidlines.
• Execute an advisory function to the Country Manager in issues being in ones competence.
• Participate and solve complicated and nonstadard situations, offer alternative solutions.
