Responsibility

• Primary Local Point of Contact for all correspondence, complaints and queries
• Liaising with company staff, local suppliers/subcontractors and clients (government agencies)
• Organising meetings
• Attending meetings with senior management
• Arranging transport and accommodation for all guests
• Organising company events
• Supervising and monitoring the work of the office receptionist/secretary
• Assisting in the management of the office budget (payment of bills, supply of office stationary etc)
• To effectively network and comfortably communicate with government authorities and agencies on behalf of the company and follow up on all official correspondences between the company and these government-owned entities
