General requirements for applicant

• Bachelor’s Degree (Major in Electronics / Computer Science preferred); • Gender: Male; • Age- 25-55; • A strong technical background with ISP or telecommunication Industry • Able to negotiate and lease various lines(OFC, Inter-city backbone, international Internet line etc.) and ISP equipment; • 10+ years technical experience on ISP is plus; • Experience designing and building ISP network is plus; • Acknowledged for xDSL, FTTx, WiFi, Router and Switch Hub technology is plus.

Responsibility

• Coordination of the technical department of the company; • Organization of business process; • Create a roadmap; • Expert knowledge of TCP / IP networking principles; • Regular implementation of modernization and improvement of services; • Guiding current and future technical planning of the company; • Distribution of duties, control and implementation of administrative responsibility for the activities of subordinate employees; • Preparation, conclusion and implementation of company contracts (within the framework of the tasks and functions of the technical department); • Technical and operational characteristics, design features, purposes and modes of operation of the equipment, the rules of its technical operation.

Laguage skills

• Russian language – Fluent; • English language – Preferably; • Uzbek language – Fluent; • Korean language – Preferably.
