Knowledge requirements:
Sales and Marketing — Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services. This includes marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques, and sales control systems.
Customer and Personal Service — Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
Computers and Electronics — Knowledge of electronic equipment, and computer hardware, emails and Microsoft outlook, and Microsoft office tools (excel, word, powerpoint)
Engineering and Technology — Knowledge of the practical application of engineering science and technology. This includes applying principles, techniques, procedures, and equipment to the design and production of various goods and services.
Responsibility

To mentor new hires and provide coverage for teammates when necessary;
To develop strong relationships with individual sales personnel to assure a high degree of success in identifying, creating and executing sales plans;
To share contacts and market knowledge to recommend specific targets/clients/strategic plans for sales growth;
To establish, monitor and follow up on call plan schedule for TS and FS engineers;
To provide concise, accurate weekly reporting to the GD on sales processing and execution and other strategic plans/initiatives;
